Two physics departments – one being part of Stockholm University, the other being part of Royal Institute of Technology – are both housed next to each other in the AlbaNova University Center.

In the Department of Physics at Stockholm University there are altogether eight reseach groups among which the Experimental Particle Physics Group.

At the Department of Physics at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) there is a group in Experimental Particle Physics.
